The company’s Pinjin Goldfields project comprises two tenements that cover a 319km2 area of the Eastern Goldfields about 150km northeast of Kalgoorlie. This project is prospective for lode gold deposits similar to those discovered within the neighbouring King Pin - Harbour Lights and Anglo Saxon Goldfields.
Ausgold’s Pinjin Goldfield project covers the southern extension of the well mineralised Laverton Tectonic Zone and Pinjin Fault with almost 50 gold occurrences and deposits within 10km of the company’s two tenements. Historic records indicate gold anomalism has been returned from the company’s tenements.
